  The JIVA Robotic Vacuum Cleaner is designed for indoor and limited household use only as specified by the User Manual. Customers shall use the product in accordance with the User Manual and all safety instructions provided with the product.

The product must not be used for:

• Cleaning liquids or wet surfaces.

• Commercial or industrial cleaning applications unless specifically approved by Botloka Pvt Ltd.

• Any purpose other than its intended household cleaning applications.

Failure to comply with the safety instructions, charging requirements, or maintenance procedures specified in the User Manual may affect eligibility for warranty, replacement, or repair services.

4.Pricing and Payments

  All prices displayed on our website are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Botloka Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise product pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders shall be processed only after successful payment authorization.

 

5.Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  Order cancellations, pre-order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by Botloka’s Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, as updated from time to time.

Normal wear and tear of consumable components including brushes, filters, and similar accessories are not covered unless otherwise specified.
