Jiva Pre-order Terms & Condition

The pre-order amount reserves your Jiva and secures your production slot . 

Manufacturing begins only after the pre-order payment has been successfully received. 

The estimated manufacturing time is 5–6 weeks from the date of pre-order confirmation. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on component availability, production requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Once your Jiva is ready, Botloka will contact you using your registered email address or phone number.

Your order will be dispatched only after the remaining payment has been received in full. 

If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified period, Botloka reserves the right to cancel the pre-order.  

The pre-order amount is non-refundable once manufacturing has started, as it covers material procurement and production costs. 

Botloka reserves the right to cancel any pre-order due to manufacturing limitations, component shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the pre-order amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Botloka is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or outdated information. 

Delivery address changes can be requested before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible .

Botloka shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or strikes.
